Founder, Chief Executive Officer
Jim is a real estate entrepreneur with a proven track record
of creating successful real estate investment portfolios including
Associated Capital Properties, Inc. (ACP), DASCO Companies, and
Eola Capital. As Chairman of Eola Capital, Jim strategically guides
the company, identifying opportunities, assessing risk, and structuring
transactions. Jim understands real estate investment cycles, acts
when the time is right, and provides the leadership key to Eola
Capital’s proven success.
Prior to forming ACP, Jim served as the President of Major Development
Corporation (a subsidiary of Major Realty Corporation), a publicly
held, full-service commercial, residential and industrial development
company.
He graduated from the University of Florida with a B.S. degree in
Real Estate Finance and received a M.S. degree in Finance from Florida
International University. Jim serves on the Board of Directors of
Riverside Bank- Central Florida.

William G. Evans
Principal, President
As President, Bill oversees day to day operations of the Company
from its Jacksonville office. Bill has been associated with the
Company since 1993 and prior to that was president and majority
owner of Commercial Realty Services Group, a joint venture with
Grubb and Ellis of San Francisco. He earned his B.S. in marketing
and finance from Florida State University and is a licensed real
estate and mortgage broker.

Troy M. Cox
Principal, Chief Investment Officer
As Chief Investment Officer, Troy implements Eola Capital Properties'
investment strategy by integrating acquisitions, financing, asset
management, investor relations, and dispositions. Prior to joining
the company, Troy acted as the Director of Acquisitions-Florida
for Highwood Properties, Inc., the Vice President of Associated
Capital Properties, Inc., and an associate at Prudential Realty
Group and Gumberg Asset Management. He earned his B.A. in Finance
from Wofford College and is licensed as both a real estate broker
and a mortgage broker.

Henry F. Pratt, III
Principal, Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, Henry directs property management
and leasing operations within the Eola Capital Properties portfolio.
Henry joined the company in 1997 and has held similar positions
with LaSalle Partners and Independent Life Insurance Group.

Jim Gray
Principal, Senior Vice President - Investor Relations
Jim coordinates activities with private investors, including raising
equity for specific real estate acquisitions. Prior to joining Eola
Capital, Jim spent 17 years with First Union/Wachovia Bank managing
their real estate, wealth management and commercial lending efforts
in Central Florida. He earned his B.A. in finance from the University
of Houston.

Scott Francis
Principal, Chief Financial Officer
Scott is responsible for overseeing the tax compliance and
all financial aspects of Eola Capital and its joint ventures. Prior
to joining Eola Capital, Scott spent seven years in public accounting,
serving as a tax manager for middle-market companies where he focused
primarily in construction and real estate. He earned his B.S. in
Accounting from the University of Florida and is a licensed Certified
Public Accountant.

Kyle Burd
Principal, Regional Vice President, Tampa
Kyle coordinates leasing, new business development and day to day
operations of the Tampa, Florida region’s portfolio of office
buildings. Kyle has more than 20 years of commercial experience
in the Tampa Bay region. He earned his Masters in Communications
from North Dakota State University and a B.A. in Communications
from Metropolitan State College.

Bryan Howell,

Regional Vice President, Charlotte
Bryan coordinates leasing, new business development and
day to day operations of the Charlotte, North Carolina region’s
portfolio of office buildings. Bryan has more than 23 years of commercial
experience in leasing, management and acquisition of commercial
real estate. He earned his B.S. from the University of South Florida.

Robert Stoner
Regional Vice President, Atlanta
Bob coordinates leasing, new business development and day to
day operations of the Atlanta, Georgia region’s portfolio
of office buildings. Prior to joining the company, Bob spent 24
years leasing and managing commercial buildings. He earned his B.S.
from Auburn University and is a Licensed Real Estate Agent in Georgia.

Caryn Carreiro,

Regional Vice President, North Florida
Caryn coordinates leasing, new business development, day-to-day
operations, and marketing of the North Florida region’s portfolio
of office buildings. Prior to joining the company, Caryn held similar
positions at Advantis Real Estate Services and First Union/Wachovia
Bank. She is a Licensed Real Estate Agent in Florida.

Mari Chalker
Treasurer
Mari is responsible for the company's financial management,
corporate compliance, human resources and risk management. Mari
joined Eola Capital in 1995. She earned her B.S. and B.A. from the
University of Florida.

John Kosciulek
Controller
John is responsible for the company's day-to-day accounting
functions, coordinating cash flow projections and financial reporting.
Prior to joining Eola Capital, John held a similar position with
Hamilton Partners a privately held real estate development and investment
firm in Chicago. He earned his B.A. in accounting from the University
of Kansas.
